New by Nik ships to all 50 U.S. states. All Refix'd Pre-Order items ship once the item is in stock. You will be notified via email once we update our inventory with your pre-ordered item. We will also list expected shipping date in the description box, for all pre-order items in the product description section on our site.
For ALL Refix'd/Custom Collections Stock
All custom collections that are in stock usually ships within (3-5 BUSINESS days). We typically ship
(Mon-Fri NOT including Sat, Sun & Holidays).
For ALL Refix'd/Made-to-order
All custom made-to-order items will ship within (7-14 BUSINESS days). We typically ship
(Mon-Fri NOT including Sat, Sun & Holidays).
All Refix'd & Custom collection orders are shipped with USPS (United States Postal Service) and includes: Priority mail, Signature Required & Insurance for the full value of your purchase.
Once your order item has shipped, you should receive your order within (1-3 BUSINESS DAYS), you will receive a confirmation tracking number via email. If you do not receive order notifications, please email us at Sales@newbynikwoodz.com .
There are NO REFUNDS for our Refix'd/Custom Collections due to the collection being customized. We do not offer refunds for anything printed or embroidered other than damaged or misprinted items.
We do NOT offer refunds for lost or stolen packages. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES once tracking systems report "DELIVERED." If USPS has any delivery mishaps and/or misplaces your package, please file a claim with USPS at: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
EXCHANGES
There are no refunds on any Refix'd purchases. If you need a fit adjustment, we can offer a size switch or alterations. Alterations may incur additional costs.
Note: There is a possibility you do NOT get your original Refix'd selection due to it being a CUSTOM one of one piece. If you receive an item that is visibly flawed or misprinted upon receipt you MUST contact us via email Sales@Newbynikwoodz.com within 6 hrs, of receiving the package with photo proof and descriptions of flaw/mishaps. Failure to do so will result in our inability to replace your item.
To be eligible for a reshipment, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it & must also be in the original packaging. Items will not be exchanged if:
- it is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- it is returned more than (7) days after delivery.
-Customer responsible for return shipping fees.
